ART Fertility Clinics has built its reputation on research and on publishing its outcome data. Below is what we know about the clinic, presented without endorsement or ranking.

Overview

ART Fertility Clinics began in Abu Dhabi in 2015 as IVI Middle East, an extension of the Spanish-American fertility group IVI RMA. In January 2020, IVI RMA sold its stake to Gulf Capital, and the business was renamed ART Fertility Clinics.

In July 2025, IVI RMA Global announced it would buy ART Fertility Clinics back from Gulf Capital. ART's website now describes the clinics as part of the IVI RMA Global network.

The group is led by Mr. Suresh Soni (CEO) and Prof. Dr. Human Fatemi (Group Medical Director). In Dubai, ART runs two clinics. The Jumeirah clinic opened on 8 June 2022, and a newer clinic is in Dubai Healthcare City. The group also has clinics in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and a clinic in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, which operates as ART Haifa Fertility Clinics.

ART says it has achieved more than 5,000 pregnancies across its network.

Location and Access

ART lists two Dubai clinics:

• Dubai (Jumeirah): Jumeirah Street, Umm Suqeim 3, opposite Burj Al Arab. The clinic describes it as a 10,000 sq ft facility over two floors. Its Medical Director is Prof. Dr. Mustafa Baris Ata.
• Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC): Unit 311C, Al Razi Building 64, Block D, third floor. Its Medical Director is Dr. Maryam Farid Mojtahedi.

Hours (as listed by the clinic, October 2026): Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm at both sites. Saturday, 8am to 4pm in Jumeirah and 8am to 2pm at DHCC. Both are closed on Sunday.

What Makes This Clinic Different

ART is one of the few UAE clinics that publishes year-by-year outcome data on its website, going back to 2017. That is a welcome level of openness. The figures need careful reading, though (see Success Rates below).

The clinic's research focus and IVI RMA heritage are other distinguishing factors. ART describes itself as a referral centre for patients who have had several failed cycles. It emphasises single embryo transfer and individualised protocols.

ART's Dubai laboratory uses AI-enabled time-lapse embryoscopes and the RI Witness system, which uses radio-frequency tags to track eggs, sperm and embryos and reduce the risk of mix-ups. The group has its own genetics laboratory, which uses next-generation sequencing (NGS).

Success Rates

ART publishes its figures on its success-rates page, last updated in August 2026. For 2025, it reports:

• Pregnancy rate: 64%. This is a positive blood pregnancy test.
• Ongoing pregnancy rate: 51%. This is a pregnancy with a heartbeat seen on the scan.

The figures apply to frozen embryo transfers using PGT-A tested embryos. They are not live birth rates, and they do not cover every patient who starts a cycle. Some patients will have no embryos suitable for transfer. For 2024, the figures were 66% and 55%. ART does not publish a live birth rate.

ART's Dubai clinic page also quotes a "71% pregnancy rate and 55% live birth rate" without explaining how these were measured. On the success-rates page, the comparable figures are labelled as ongoing (heartbeat) pregnancy rather than live birth, so we have not repeated the live birth claim.

Cost Indication

ART publishes package prices. As of October 2026, its website lists:

• IVF with Gender Selection package: AED 39,000. One full cycle from stimulation to transfer, including IVF/ICSI, PGT-A, embryo freezing and a frozen embryo transfer with a medication package.
• Egg Freezing package: AED 15,500. Includes the consultation, medication for one stimulation cycle and one year of storage.
• Female fertility assessment (consultation, AMH test and ultrasound): AED 299 in Jumeirah, AED 249 at DHCC
• Male fertility assessment (consultation, semen analysis and sperm DNA fragmentation test): AED 1,250 in Jumeirah

Note that the AED 39,000 package is an all-inclusive package with genetic testing and gender selection. It is not a price for a basic IVF cycle. Ask for a written breakdown of exactly which medications and services are included, and what extra cycles or storage would cost.

Insurance and Coverage

ART's website mentions insurance and financing options but does not list which insurers cover fertility treatment. Coverage depends on your specific plan, so check with both your insurer and the clinic before you begin.

Accreditations

• CAP Accredited (College of American Pathologists). The CAP certification mark appears on ART's website.
• Regulation: The Jumeirah clinic is regulated by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). The DHCC clinic is regulated by the Dubai Healthcare City Authority.

CAP accreditation is a quality marker for the laboratory. It indicates that the lab is inspected against international standards.

Things to Consider

• Two Dubai sites: Check which clinic you will attend. The sites have different Saturday hours, and assessment prices differ between them.
• Reading the numbers: ART publishes more data than most clinics. The headline rates cover PGT-A tested frozen transfers and measure pregnancy, not live birth. Ask what your own chances are from the start of a cycle.
• Complex cases: If you have had recurrent implantation failure or unsuccessful cycles elsewhere, ART's research focus in this area may make it worth considering.
