Trust Fertility Clinic was launched on 7 October 2024 at Burjeel Medical City, Mohamed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi. Burjeel Medical City belongs to Burjeel Holdings, a healthcare group listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and founded by Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil.

The clinic is led by Dr. Walid Reda Sayed, Group Medical Director and a consultant reproductive endocrinologist. At the launch, Burjeel said he has nearly three decades of experience and played a vital role in shaping IVF regulations in the UAE. The team also includes Dr. Ahmad Allam, a specialist in urology and andrology, and Dr. Irfan Aslam, Group IVF Lab Director.

At launch, Burjeel described Trust as "the largest fertility centre in the UAE". This is the operator's own description, and we have not seen independent figures comparing clinic sizes.

Location and Access

Trust Fertility Clinic is on the 3rd Floor, Zone D, Burjeel Medical City, 28th Street, Mohamed Bin Zayed City Z9, Abu Dhabi.

The clinic's website title refers to "Abu Dhabi & Sharjah", but the site lists only this Abu Dhabi address, and its doctor directory shows only Abu Dhabi. Ask the clinic if you are looking for care in Sharjah.

Clinic hours (as listed by the clinic, October 2026): Sunday, 9:00am to 6:30pm; Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm. No Saturday hours are listed.

Mohamed Bin Zayed City is less central for people living on Abu Dhabi Island. Factor in travel time, as an IVF cycle involves several monitoring visits.

Trust says it uses AI-driven technologies, and at launch Burjeel highlighted AI-driven embryo selection. These tools are increasingly common, so ask how they are used in your treatment and what difference they make.

The clinic has a dedicated andrology specialist and lists sperm retrieval among its services. That may matter if male factor infertility is part of your diagnosis.

Trust Fertility Clinic does not publish success rate figures. The clinic opened in October 2024, so it has a limited track record of completed treatments and births.

Insurance and Thiqa Coverage

Trust Fertility Clinic's website does not say whether it accepts Thiqa or which insurers it works with. Check directly with the clinic about Thiqa and any other insurance before beginning treatment.

Under Daman's current guideline (November 2025), Thiqa covers up to six egg retrievals and three embryo-transfer cycles per patient per year, generally for women aged 18 to 47, with pre-authorisation. Things to Consider

• Newer clinic: Trust opened in October 2024, so there is little local outcome data so far. The experience of its senior doctors provides some continuity.
• Who the clinic treats: Trust's website says it serves married couples. Since Federal Decree-Law No. 17 of 2023, UAE law allows unmarried non-Muslim couples to access assisted reproduction, subject to conditions.
